Mombasa Continental Resort

The hotel has an old charm to it and the service is great. The staff led by their manager are all very accommodating. The beach front is unlike any other hotel I've been at, and it goes all the way from the water to the pool, giving you an unrestricted view of the ocean. The food is great and the restaurants offer the same views. I can't wait to be back.

Located in Shanzu on the expansive coastal beach of Mombasa but requires can some upgrade. The facilities at hotel are old. However the staff are friendly and welcoming. I loved the meals at restaurant

Be aware with money mistake by staff . Where do I start .You would think when theres a mistake made by staff with this redeamable voucher. We don't do this in the uk so not on the top of my head when it comes to pay your pill. You would expect the staff to atleast ask the question, have you got a voucher ect .problem solved. If you pay them, then go back with the voucher to redeem the money as a mistake been done, OMG you think it be easy to resolved, oh no how wrong could you be .not as easy just to reinbuurs the money. Last thing they want to do is money back, no manager around not anyone to resolve it on a Saturday..they suggest you come back and use it , that shouldn't of been suggested , how would that work if your travelling .but they get to keep your money. Welcome to kenya .,Last thing they want to do is make it easier for the customer to be on your way happy. Shame when a problem occurs they have no idea how to deal or handle it .can't be the 1st time this has happened Be aware if a mistake is done regarding money , wont get it back. Oh yeah .forgot to mention the staff even had my voucher but that didn't matter a mistake by them .
