Monachus Family Resort Sorgun

We stayed at Monachus Family Resort in Sorgun two years ago, back when it was still part of the Seven Seas group. We had a fantastic experience that still stands out. The food was amazing, with a great variety and consistently SUPERIOR quality. All the staff were not only extremely polite but seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Everyone we interacted with spoke good English, which made communication very easy. Special mentions go to the hotel customer services. The photo team deserves recognition too. They were not only excellent photographers but also two wonderful brothers who made the experience so enjoyable. Finally, perhaps the biggest thanks goes to the waiter who went out of his way to make us the best White Russian cocktails, even though it was not on the menu.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to! Free drinks if you wear a wristband. It is probably the sweetest hotel I’ve ever seen! Kindest staff ever I lost my phone at land of legends and a woman called Roxanne is getting it back for me. Best woman standing! She is so kind I absolutely adore her she is so kind and loving other staff can help you to! Cleaners are amazing making our room look fresh as a daisy thank you for the best experience I had the best time amazing pools, amazing beach and Roxanne the kind woman helped my dad into getting cheese pizza because the man working wouldn’t do it and Roxanne made sure it did happen. I had so much fun I loved everything the food the staff even made English beans that my dad requested the water park was a bit scary for me when I flipped on the slide other than that everything else was fantastic! I had so much fun and five stars for your hotel!! Thank you Monachus Hotel for the great experience!

The hotel is a perfect choice for families. There are plenty of activities to enjoy with children, but also enough for adults to have a great time. I stayed at the hotel with my five brothers, and we all had a lot of fun. That said, it’s clear that the hotel is primarily geared toward families with younger children. The food was professionally prepared, and warm meals were available throughout the day. There was a variety of main dishes, each accompanied by matching side options that complemented the meals very well. The service was excellent – fast, attentive, and customer-focused. Both pools were spacious, but you need to be quick after the breakfeast to secure enough loungers for everyone. At the beach, however, there was always plenty of space. As an adult, I found the pools a bit small, but they were ideal for families, featuring sections with depths of 0.80 m and 1.40 m. The hotel also offers towel cards, allowing guests to exchange towels daily – simply return your used towel in the evening and pick up a fresh one the next day. The rooms were cleaned daily by housekeeping. Each room included a minibar stocked with cold drinks, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities (with a kettle). Overall, it was a wonderful experience for both young and old. I can highly recommend this hotel!
