My stay at the Monaco Hotel was truly delightful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, including fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff at the Monaco Hotel are outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is evident. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The dining experience was complemented by excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. It was dirty. I don't get it. You can pay 5 dollars for a room but you still deserve for cleanliness. Impression of a pretty decent place but the cleanliness and condition leave a lot to be desired.

Unprofessional and Rude Receptionist The receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, they barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about my booking. Instead of helping, they rolled their eyes and dismissed my concerns as well as poor Cleanliness the room was far from what I expected. The carpets were stained, the bathroom had mold in the corners, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and I had to ask multiple times for basic items like towels.
