Hotel Monarc in Tirana offers a fantastic stay with a stunning view of the Mosque, which adds a unique charm to the experience. The coffee is excellent, perfect for starting your day or enjoying a relaxing moment. While the breakfast is average and could use a bit more variety, the overall experience is elevated by the friendly staff and central location. the manager or the owner does not know who it was. he was very arrogant and not polite at all. Someone needs to take him away as he is aggressive, my little girl, walking into the room, had a little meltdown in the hallway. The manager did not stop shouting at her and the child suffered a shock. We left and very upset. We will never return. I do not recommend my fate with that negative, very inhumane person to anyone.deserves no appreciation at all.
