I am very satisfied, the food is fantastic and varied, there is something for everyone, the staff is polite and always cheerful, the rooms are clean and in the PRICE range just right, clean and well-kept, their swimming pool is fantastic, as well as the beach and the sea, there are cats and dogs on the beaches that do not bother me personally because I follow the logic of those who don't like animals don't like people and I would emphasize that because I see in other reviews that it bothers some people, for me personally whoever was not satisfied with the service or was bothered by the animals is self-living cattle, I really don't understand people who gave low ratings, but there are many of us. 5 stars from me and real 4.5. A big thank you to the hotel staff, especially the kitchen workers and the animators, for making this experience even more beautiful, and don't mind the bad comments and greetings!!!

What a fabulous 3 night break, the staff were lovely, the food excellent, lots of choice. I don't go on holiday for burgers and chips, so was delighted that local food was on offer every day. However there was also a pizza station where a fresh pizza was made to order, a grill station which offered something different every night and a pasta station again cooked to order. A salad bar with a selection of cheese and cold cuts. There is a lovely spa on site, a real treat. The thalassemia spa, totally recommended. A pool bar and a lounge bar. I would go again. Not sure why there negative reviews. Spotlessly clean

Staff is very slow, always late and they kinda just don't care about any problems that we told them. For example our AC was broken and it was leaking so much water, we told the receptionist 4 times and nobody ever came. Cleaning is also very bad even though we left a few dollars every day it just got worse and worse. We found 4 cockroaches. The food is not really good too and it's always the same stuff to choose from. But the pool is fine and the beach would have been too but they doesn’t take care of it so there’s so much trash and cigarettes in the sand. Too much people for too little sun beds. Overall, if you're choosing holiday destinations i would not choose this hotel again.
