A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service While this hotel may not have the lavish decor or modern luxury of a well-known resort, it more than makes up for it with its outstanding service. The staff here are truly top notch polite, attentive, and impeccable in their hospitality. What stood out most was how warmly they treated my family, especially my two children. Sophia and Julia went above and beyond to ensure they were well taken care of, paying attention to every little detail. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. If you value genuine, heartfelt service over flashy aesthetics, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

I just recently checked out of the Monarque and I have to say that my experience was beyond exceptional. I gave the hotel a 5 star review not only because of the high quality and variety of the free morning buffets, or the comfort and cleanliness of my room, but the hotel hospitality itself was second to none. I was politely greeted by each member of the staff whether I was entering or leaving the hotel, the dining area, the pool, or the elevator. The level of the staff awareness was incredible as they always followed up on questions you had about your room or how you were feeling after a massage. I would also like to give a very special thanks to the amazing Mia who was always incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and responsive to all my questions. Her hospitality skills are second to none. I definitely recommend staying at the Monarque and I would definitely come back here on my next visit!

Absolutely 💯 Amazing hotel. 👏 This hotel is royal and extremely good with great customer service. The staffs Amy, Sam, Gaga, Valeria, Anita, Jimmy were all very good and supportive. The location is excellent and the afternoon teas actually felt like a snacks buffet and they even made a rich delicious latte. Overall, excellent choice.
