From check in to check out, our stay at MoNastry Hotel in Thessaloniki was exceptional. I celebrated my birthday here and the team made it feel truly special. The staff were outstanding, so welcoming and thoughtful, always ready with great recommendations to help us make the most of our time in the city. Our room was super comfortable and every detail throughout our stay felt considered and seamless. A brilliant experience all round. Thank you for making it so memorable.

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing staff. Definitely a good choice for our recent stay in Thessaloniki. My only complaint is that the rooftop was not yet open for the season, I wish that was made clear ahead of time because one reason we booked the hotel was because of the advertised rooftop! I would still highly recommend but, a note for the hotel, please list the opening dates of the roof/pool so people are not disappointed! The staff was amazing, always there to offer some kind assistance, and the hotel is designed beautifully!

I was very excited about this hotel when I made the reservation and it proved itself to be true. At all levels, service is amazing. Very friendly and very professional at the same time. Roof top bar is marvelous. Location is perfect, in the middle of restaurants, bars… Take a nice walk by the sea after having your nice wine. I only had small problems in the room. My dustbin in the bathroom was broken. My shower was not working properly. There was no place to put the decorative cushions, I couldn’t use the sofa because of them.
