Mondello Glam Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel just outside the busy part of Mondello, yet within walking distance of the main plaza and the seafront. You won’t be bothered by traffic or late-night parties, as it’s nicely tucked away, but you can still reach everything quickly on foot. They offer a private garage, which is especially useful on weekends or during high season when Mondello is packed with people. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you might need. The view from the rooms is also stunning—you can see the entire gulf. Staff is super nice and helpful. My only complaint is the breakfast. Whether you’re on business or vacation, no one wants to spend 45 minutes in the morning waiting for slow table service, especially when it’s just basic pastries and bread that are the same for every table (no custom order). Either switch to a buffet like most hotels do, or hire more staff so that the table service can actually be efficient.

This hotel made our trip extra special, especially Martina. She went above and beyond, took the extra step to make us feel that their hotel was not just beautiful but all about the customer, thank you Martina. When I complimented her she told me she loved her job & was happy. We won’t forget you. Also our breakfast every morning was a 10+ the servers were great, the food quality also made us feel very special Attention to detail is the best way I can describe it. Thank you to Glam for running a great Hotel!!

I cannot recommend to stay here. There was a function on at the bar and the noise was extremely loud. Before in the early evening and then also after the function the staff were moving and dragging heavy furniture around directly above the room until 1:30 am. In the morning once again the noise has returned. There has not been one moment in the room so far where there hasn’t been extremely loud noise. Please warn your guests if there will be a function or give them another room as the noise was unbearable and was unable to sleep. Would not stay here again, it is not worth the money paid to have a room you cannot enjoy or sleep in. The staff did nothing to compensate.
