I consider myself lucky that I ended up staying at the Mondial for a month while I was in Vienna. The space is great, the location is excellent, and the staff are so kind. Markus won my eternal gratitude by motoring my laptop to the airport at 6:45 am on Sunday am after I accidentally left it behind—i I can’t say enough about the care that the staff show to their guests. Highly highly recommend!
Super apartments. Clean and comfortable, with a lot of space. The living room is great and the bedroom also very comfortable. The apartments are close to University and ESI center. Definitely the place to go if you are visiting Vienna for scientific reasons, but not only!
The apartments are super spacious and well equipped for long term and short term stays. Great location - it’s easy to get to the river as well as to the touristy areas. Also, the staff are incredibly helpful, and go out of their way to be supportive. I had some trouble with the dry cleaners nearby and they communicated with the dry cleaners on my behalf for MONTHS to resolve my issue. Great folks.
