Amazing location, great facilities, excellent breakfast, kind and attentive staff.

Not worth the money. This was part of a six week holiday in Italy and this hotel was by far the worst of our trip. This place is all about profit with very little attention to providing a service. There is a charge of 7 Euros if you want any eggs other than hard boiled (which by the way they couldn’t get right and one day they not cooked) on the subject of breakfast it was very basic particularly when you consider how much this hotel costs per night. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. The bathroom had a bad sewer smell for the duration of our stay. The front of house staff really do need customer service training. When entering the hotel in the evening you have to speak to be spoken to with little or no pleasantries or even manners. In some cases we were met with a grunt by someone behind the counter probably more interested in his phone. On check out we weren’t even asked if we’d enjoyed our stay, the focus is making sure they have charged you correctly. One bonus, the back room staff, chambermaids very polite and chatty.

A 3 star hotel with a 4-star price tag. Not worth the money! Rooms & bathrooms old and dirty, management squeezes guests for maximum profit.
