Reasonable price for an economy double room we booked literally last minute when we had already arrived in Rome! The room was of great space even though it was the economy one. It was clean and the towels were changed twice on a three-day stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay here. Upon check in, the receptionist was kind and helpful. I was not able to connect to the wifi at first, but the front desk remained helpful to make sure it worked for me. The location was also great, as their are bus stops nearby and the train station is also close by. Our only issue is that we could not keep the shower head up on its own-but this could have most likely been solved if we bothered to call the front desk.

The place was a falling apart. The sockets were all loose in the walls and one fell out when we unplugged an adapter. The lamps earth wire was just cut off and loose on the outside of the lamp. The air con was completely ineffective and dripped water on the floor when it was on. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything in the room next door that was said above a whisper. The bed broke and I had to strap it up with a belt overnight because they didn’t have a spare. The fridge didn’t work and never did, despite us asking for it to be fixed 3 times. Plaster was cracked and peeling off the wall. Toilet paper had to be collected from reception, it was never filled by room service. The bar was permanently closed and one of the lifts only seemed to work about 50% of the time. The only good thing about the hotel was it’s central location. It is most definitely not worthy of being called a 4 star hotel.
