Service was amazing. The housekeeper Josephine was very nice and did an amazing job getting the room clean. Beautiful Hotel located like 3 minutes away from a mall. Breakfast was great, plenty options to pick from. No complaints.
Excellent stay; everything from check in process, concierge assistance, noise level, food options and variety, kids club. The hotel is beautiful with really great room views. We stayed in the studio king suite and it was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 1 toddler. Kennedy helped us with check in and was amazing. Ash the concierge helped us with booking activities and his recommendations were perfect.
I would like to thank all the staff especially Marwan and Daniela. Their conduct was exceptionally polite and professional. Even though there was an error from the agency that made the booking, they handled it with great courtesy, which truly reflects the value of the hotel. I will definitely come back again.
