Mondrian Los Angeles

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood for two nights, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made a huge difference. The hotel facilities are top notch. The rooms are stylish and incredibly comfortable, with modern amenities. The location and views are unbeatable, right in the heart of West Hollywood, with great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. I can't wait to return to this incredible hotel. It was truly a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends and family!

I stayed in the Studio Room at Mondrian Los Angeles and absolutely loved it. The design is so cute and modern with a really stylish, playful vibe. The bathroom was impressive with a long vanity and two shower heads, which felt super luxurious. The living area was spacious and comfortable, and having a dining table made it feel much more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The overall design and atmosphere of the hotel really give off a party and fun energy. The pool area is clearly a popular spot for actual parties, which sounds like a great time if you are looking for that vibe. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to swim during my stay because the pool was almost always full of people enjoying the lively scene. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout my visit, which made the stay even better. I did not try the food for breakfast or any other meals at the hotel, so I cannot speak to the dining experience. All in all, Mondrian Los Angeles is a stylish, vibrant hotel that feels fresh and fun. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere with a social scene, this is a great choice.

I was thoroughly disappointed by my stay. Given its 5-star rating, I had high expectations, but the experience fell far short. The floors were marred by heavy, visible wear, detracting from the overall ambiance, while the furnishings felt cheap and outdated. The rooms lacked the luxury one would anticipate from a hotel boasting such a prestigious classification. On a positive note, the breathtaking view was a standout feature, and the staff were undeniably kind and accommodating. However, I encountered numerous hidden fees that inflated the overall cost. This establishment is strictly for adults and is not at all kid-friendly, with an absurd policy requiring guests to be 21 or older to use the pool. The gym was in poor condition, appearing neglected and in disrepair. Dust accumulated in the rooms, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail that one would expect from a so-called luxury hotel. My advice? Look elsewhere, as this place seems better suited for those seeking a wild party atmosphere at any price rather than a true luxurious retreat.
