the room is without blacket i have called their reception 3times in one hour and they dont have blanket

We arrived there at 1:30 AM and the check in was so slow we got our room past 2:45. Not as much as a “sorry” from the employee. There was only 4-5 people in line before us. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarette. I usually use my own pillowcase and I didn’t because I didn’t want it to stink for the rest of the trip. We considered going elsewhere and would have if it wasn’t the middle of the night. I wouldn’t stay there again for free. Breakfast was ok though.

Worst hotel I have stayed in, in my life - and I have stayed in many; check my other reviews. The room smelled like a combination of vomit and excrement. Then our food arrived and we understood why. Food was microwaved and tasted cheap. We found pieces of black plastic in the lasagne (see picture). Were given a room with a double bed for three people. Had to request additional pillow. Bed sheet barely covered the mattress. The “blanket” was basically a spare bed sheet. Sofa was sticky. Everything felt dirty. Do not recommend this hotel, or GOL Airlines who put us here after delaying our flight so much that we missed our connection. Reception staff are helpful and professional.
