The rooms are clean, the food it's nice 👍. Most of the receptionists and staf don't speak English at all 👎. It's a bit noisy due to the construction works next door, and the road. The air conditioning it's really noisy.
This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed. The rooms are VERY noisy as the hotel is right next to a busy highway. Furthermore you hear everything from the other rooms. In addition the beds are way to soft, which really hurt my back. In addition absolutely no one in the hotel speaks a single word of English … We were given this room by Azul airlines since a flight change meant that we needed to stay over night. Worst night of my life … BETTER STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Beggars at the entrance. Furniture with cracked / missing veneer. Bedside lamp not working. Low quality bedding. Pool is not heated. Broken elevator buttons. Breakfast was OK. Staff seemed well meaning but attention to detail missing in many ways.
