Stayed here only 1 night with my niece and sister-in-law. This is an older and 'newer' building combined. The newer part reminded me of some country hospital nurses homes I've stayed in over the years. We had a room that had a queen bed with 2 single beds in the other room, joined by a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Very clean, with comfortable beds. Spacious guest lounge areas, pool and tennis court and balcony on the top floor. Short walk up to the lighthouse or into town. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with everything about the Guest House. The room(s) were a good size & the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was good with an adequate supply of basic necessities. We will be back next year for the 2026 National Celtic Festival.

Very very nice place to stay. They certainly look after your every comfort to make you want to book again and again. The room greeted us with clean towels and sheets as you might expect, but a treat of chocolate fudge made it a good start. The guesthouse has a common lounge with lovely gas heating, and a separate conference room where we had the freedom to sit and write. Free continental breakfast consisted of lashings of a variety of cereals, different milks and yoghurt, fresh fruit loaves of good quality bread including fruit toast (nor the usual commercial type, but rich in fruit and flavour). Endless coffee, varieties of tea were all there to use anytime. A clean communal kitchen well equipped with clean pots, pans, microwave, stove to allow guests to cook and serve themselves with good wash up and drying tea towels. Access to a pool, tennis courts and table tennis with racquets, balls and bars showed the owner's commitment to make guests make it their own home. Highly recommend this place.
