Awesome. We had a really great stay here. Clean and comfortable room, all services worked perfectly. Receptionists welcoming and helpful. But I have to point out the staff in restaurant - they're doing really great job and making your dinners more tasty with their smiles. And of course I don't have to forget people in kitchen, the meals were delicious and made with love. Many thanks to all people in Monroc, this brand deserves much more attention. I haven't been to one place twice so far, but in this case I'm really thinking about the big exception. Thanks again.
We loved it. Great service, friendly staff, cosy rooms, convenient location (next to lift), and incredible food. Just perfection on the highest level. Clean, modern, reasonably priced. We had the half board service, and it was just amasing. The spa has many options, and recently, they opened a heated pool. Try the massages..
