Monsoon Empress

My experience with Monsoon Empress Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The function we hosted was handled with great care and professionalism by the staff. A special thanks to Abhi for meticulously taking care of every detail. We’re definitely looking forward to hosting more family functions there in the future.

We recently hosted a private event at Monsoon Empress, and it was a truly seamless and memorable experience. The venue was elegant, the service was top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special thanks to Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Abi. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the planning process, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this place for any special gathering or celebration!

One star just to be able to post the review! Terrible service, uncomfortable atmosphere. No slippers in the room, the bed was unclean, and you have to ask for everything — even basic things like water and electricity 🤦‍♂️. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this. They only give you one room card, even if they know you’re staying with a family member — very inconvenient. The restaurant has extremely limited options, and they don’t allow outside food — it feels like being in a prison. The gym is a joke: just one treadmill and no weights at all. Worst of all, loud music plays all night long — you simply can’t sleep until morning.
