Very central location, perfect for exploring Zermatt. The spa is well designed and a great place to relax after a day out. Bathrooms are spacious and nicely done, adding real comfort. The Grill Restaurant is excellent, with delicious food and a warm atmosphere. Special mention to Jean Charles Hänggi, Bruce, and Julia for their outstanding service.
Our favorite stay in Switzerland. The location, amenities, room, spa, food were excellent. But what made our stay the most memorable is the staff of this hotel!!! You guys are amazing ❤️ Absolutely everyone who works at this hotel is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you for making our stay soooo special.
Loved our stay, great service, beautiful location, and staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one and were very helpful with advice and recommendations. Massage was great, good gym facilities also. Would definitely return.
