Montana Landhotel Gummersbach Nord

Perfect for children to play around. Breakfast was super nice(not included). Ideal for smokers almost all rooms had balcony with two chairs can go out and smoke. Rooms were clean and bathrooms very fresh. Owners is a couple who manage also reception on day time. They were very frindly.Enjoyed staying there with my family.

This is a standard cheap hotel, the Room are a bit basic, but clean and serviceable. The service was good and the buffet breakfast more than adequate. It was good value for money. I would use it again.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by greenery. Quite comfortable rooms with a balcony. The young guy from the reception was very nice and helpful. We spent four days there and generally I have no complaints. A small minus was breakfast on weekdays. Sunday breakfast was great with lots of food to choose from, delicious fresh bread. Unfortunately, on weekdays the countertops were empty. The workers who live there come for breakfast very early and eat most of the food. This is natural, but it is unnatural when the rest of the guests arrive and see empty plates. The staff did not bother to refill food and drinks. It's a bit strange for a guest to ask about the food he/her paid for. I think that greater vigilance of the staff in this matter would be welcome.
