Just back from this lovely hotel. Staff are truly super..nothing was a problem-we needed twin beds, had a dig needed the car charged. Everything handled promptly and very professionally. Rooms are bigger than normal, comfortable with plenty of accessories and very quiet. Breakfast couldn't have been better ..huge variety and top quality. Transport to and from the slopes was friendly, punctual and very helpful. A true 5 star ski hotel-it couldn't have been better
The hotel is absolutely fabulous! The staff are warm and approachable, always ready to assist with whatever you may need. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were especially touched by the lovely gesture of sending a cake due to the celebration of our wedding anniversary. We can't thank you enough for your kindness. Highly recommend!
Good rooms, clean hotel. Bad organization with reservations required for all services of the hotel eg gym, bar. Do not allow children in the pool after 5pm (skiing stops around 4:30pm). Too expensive for what its is offering and extremely badly organized. Not child friendly.
