I didn't actually stay at the hotel but popped in for a drink while exploring Krusevo. The staff were very nice, the prices were very reasonable (360 denars for small sparkling water and a glass of wine),and there is a fantastic view from the terrace. Even if you don't stay at the hotel,I recommend visiting for food/drinks and chilling at the terrace or inside in the sitting area.
Commenting only for spa. I attended daily spa. Generally ok. Pool is reasonable. Sauna is relatively new. Steam room wasn’t working in few occasions. They seem to count Friday as weekend 🤔. I was charged 1000 MKD for spa, which is pricey given steam room wasn’t working plus surely will be nice to see a better customer service.
The most expensive place in town, you can get a Airbnb for 20€ a night cheaper. Me and a friend spent over 1000 euros to stay here, and I bought him a 5€ birthday cake and some candles from town, to be presented at dinner. The manager would not let us use the cake and said we had to buy the cake from them. They would not even let us give the cake in the outside bar seating and told us to go out on to the street like dogs. The rooms are hot because the aircon doesn’t do anything, all in all not a good experience, I would not recommend!
