This club-type of hotel is qualified by serenity, spaciousness and a soothing atmosphere, located in a secure township area of Siliguri. Across 4 nights stay, we started to like the hotel more and more - nice buffet with a lot of varieties for breakfast and dinner, pleasant outdoor areas, and constantly friendly, attentive and professional service. The gym, also accessible for members from the township, is a nice addition that we used regularly and enjoyed, especially when the volume of the streamed music was reasonable ;-). Housekeeping was very forthcoming and next to flawless. Special wishes were quickly honored. Highly recommended.

The rooms at the establishment are notably spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat. The pool and restaurant facilities are equally impressive, standing out as excellent amenities. A true highlight was the spa, where Ranju, an exceptional therapist, delivered outstanding service that was also very reasonably priced. Adding to the positive experience is the property's spacious and pleasant ambiance, fostering a quiet and serene environment. Overall, this establishment undeniably offers excellent value for money.

I recently stayed at your hotel with a group of friends and wanted to share our feedback based on our experience. First and foremost, we were very pleased with the overall quality of food, service, and ambiance. The staff was courteous and attentive, and it’s evident that customer feedback is taken seriously, which we truly appreciated. However, I would like to bring to your attention an incident that unfortunately impacted our experience. During our visit, our group planned to use the swimming pool and made prior inquiries about the dress code. Based on the information provided, we wore appropriate dry-fit attire suitable for swimming. Despite this, a few individuals at the pool (not hotel staff) objected to our swimwear and made us feel uncomfortable by questioning our adherence to the decorum in a disrespectful manner. This unexpected confrontation caused an unfortunate misunderstanding among our group, and we were taken aback by how we were treated by those individuals. Thankfully, the hotel staff stepped in and handled the situation professionally, allowing us to enjoy the rest of our time at the pool. However, the experience left us feeling disappointed and disheartened, especially as paying guests. Having to face such rudeness and lack of respect from other members at the facility does not align with the otherwise high standards your hotel upholds. It’s important that all guests feel welcomed and respected during their stay. Once again, I’d like to acknowledge the excellent service and hospitality provided by your team, but I hope measures can be taken to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
