Resident of Hell based on Earth. The water is so hooot that I thought somebody wanted to boil me. Hot water is running even when you turn the cold one. If you want to feel or simulate living in Hell you should try this. I named it Satans purgatory:))
The reception is very bad. They don't solve any problems and don't care about customers. It was the worst experience of my life. Is this really a 4-star standard hotel? I will never step foot here again. Before booking, you should think carefully about the service of this hotel.
