My experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to Corina Dinu. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Corina truly embodies what exceptional hospitality looks like — she’s an absolute gem! The hotel itself was stunning — beautifully maintained, luxurious rooms, and top-tier amenities. Every corner of the property radiates comfort and elegance. The food was delicious, the atmosphere relaxing, and the entire staff was attentive, but Corina’s service stood out in every way. If you're looking for a hotel that not only delivers on quality but also on heartfelt service, this is the place. Highly recommended, and a special thank you to Corina for making our stay so memorable!
It has been a pleasure staying at the Montcalm Hotel. The customer service was highly responsive, and the amenities were of a high standard. I would like to note that the gym is relatively small, which might not fully meet the expectations of very active guests. However, it is open 24 hours and serves well for a quick early morning workout. My stay included breakfast, as well as a warm welcome with wine and Prosecco. The reception and concierge teams were exceptional—full of energy and always greeting guests with a big smile. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the duty manager, who kindly ensured my phone was kept safe after I accidentally left it in the room. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience at the Montcalm Hotel. It was definitely worth the price, and I’m grateful for the excellent service. A big thank you to the entire team!
We stayed for two nights while attending a wedding. The venue and food were beautiful, and the day itself was amazing! The room and bathroom were lovely, but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working, which for the amount you pay is very disappointing! We spoke to the receptionist's twice (who were lovely) but it wasn't sorted! If your charging high prices to stay here, include it with breakfast.
