I had a delightful stay at this property, which seamlessly blends convenience, comfort, and style. The cleanliness was notable, creating a welcoming and refreshing atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Its location near the underground network made exploring central areas a breeze, with most destinations reachable in under 20 minutes. The upscale touches throughout the property added a layer of sophistication to the experience. Despite facing the street, my room was remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful and undisturbed stay. The surrounding area offers a great selection of pubs and low-key dining spots just minutes away. The on-site restaurant, beautifully designed, offers enough variety to satisfy without overwhelming. A recommend property for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Retrospective post from March 2024. Had a great time here with my partner. It was her birthday and all the staff when all out to make her day very special. Big shout out to Andrei (Concierge Supervisor) who was very attentive and friendly. Our room was decorated and also received a complimentary bottle of wine and we had a lovely photography session led by one of your staff. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

I just had my best massage to date with Chris Campbell, a virtuoso where it comes to massage therapy. The technique he used to fix my back and knee, I have never had before, but I found it to be way better than my local Thai massage salon, whom I think are great and where I usually go for treatments. My friends also enjoyed their massages and facials with their therapists. The spa is nice and the staff are very accommodating. I am confident that the fundraising you are doing for the charity will be a success Chris and thank you Montcalm for a lovely experience at your spa, to which I have already recommended to friends.
