Montcalm Mayfair Autograph Collection

Booked the Montcalm Mayfair before it had opened, and hoped for the best. Upon arrival five months later, we are more than pleased with the chic yet comfortable decor, superior customer service, exceptional hospitality and well-trained staff. It can be bumpy staying at a luxury hotel that has only been open a couple of months, but everyone echoed the highest standard of excellence and delivered a premier experience from the moment the door was opened and bags retrieved to our final goodbyes! Of particular note - Sharif - restaurant manager - is one-in-a-million. He treats every guest with dignity, excitement and learns our preferences and needs. He is a superstar beyond compare! The concierge, Timmy, was knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. Rooms were elegantly appointed, and although somewhat small, they are exquisitely remodeled to modern standards while maintaining old English charm. We enjoyed the bedside poem and connection with the broader story that carried throughout the hotel. Book enough days to enjoy the spa! It is gorgeous, extensive, and a lovely retreat for weary travelers. This hotel will be a highlight of your stop in London, for sure. It is close to so many of the sights you want to see, but tucked into the lovely Mayfair community, where flowers, telephone booths, gardens, cobblestone streets, cute shoppes and charming restaurants await. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Montcalm Mayfair Hotel. The service was exceptional – especially the front office team who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel’s design is elegant and modern, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. A small note: the breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a great experience and we truly appreciate the staff for their warm hospitality. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful hotel with a boutique vibe in a great location! They’re still getting their footing on this newly opened hotel, but one thing they have down is attentive and friendly service. The breakfast staff couldn’t be nicer and make you feel as though they’re genuinely happy to see you. The dinner at Lilli by Akira Back was also excellent and we ate there twice. Francesco served us and was professional and helpful with choosing our dinner. Really lovely stay!
