It’s our second stay here and I love this hotel. Staff are proffessional and friendly, the pool is amazing, plenty of sunbeds, breakfast superb, rooms and view are 5+. Internet has improved a lot since last time we were here. I like the fact that it’s in a calm area too. The only negative thing is that I have to leave! Damien made sure we had a fantastic time at the pool. Always smiling, always friendly. Amazing person :) Daniel S Room 204
One of the Best Hotels I’ve Ever Stayed In The Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort is simply exceptional. My husband and I stayed at the end of April and were lucky to get an amazing price for what truly feels like a world-class, luxurious experience. The room was incredible — very spacious, with a large bathroom featuring both a powerful shower and a relaxing bathtub. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was perfectly quiet, making for a peaceful and restful stay. One of the highlights was the huge balcony with stunning views of both the city and the sea — a magical spot to enjoy a warm evening meal outdoors. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and everyone we interacted with spoke English, which made everything smooth and easy. The hotel’s pool area is stunning — although the large outdoor lagoon-style pool wasn’t open yet (it opens in July), we’re certain it’s amazing. The gym also deserves a mention: it’s spacious, modern, and equipped with top-quality machines. As a sweet surprise, the hotel even gifted us a beautiful chocolate Easter egg — it was delicious! This was truly one of the best hotel experiences of my life — a perfect mix of elegance, comfort, and hospitality. I would return in a heartbeat.
Location amazing, service great, rooms very average for the price. Yet, If it was my hotel, i would do the following changes: - move the gym somewhere with a view of at least with windows and in a bigger place. Very claustrophobic. - walking from pool to sea destroys your feet. Maybe add rubber or fix the floor! - the enclosed sea access feels really cheap for such a hotel. When you swim, you cannot see beyond it, very weird feeling. Also there is no place to sit or rest, it is either swim or leave. Maybe put a kind of pontoon or buoy or floating platform. These are not costly suggestions that would tweak the experience for the better! Thanks
