Monte Carlo Hotel All Inclusive

Great 4 star hotel for its money that deserves its rating. However the best experience at this hotel came from the bartender Sefoo that always has great service and was always talkative and kind and the best receptionist Chicago Frank(Faysal) who always gave us the best service with a smile.

Recommended… We arrived late, at 11:30 PM, so no food available. But water in the room. The rooms are a decent size, clean and nice. Bright bathroom with hairdryer, soap/shampoo dispenser, plenty of space in the shower. Super spacious balcony, and with a view of the sea. Nice and helpful ladies were responsible for good cleaning. The food is buffet-style. Good and varied selection. Nice and cheerful chefs and kitchen staff, they were always ready to inform and explain… Generous breakfast, with wholemeal bread, and omelets to order.. And always fresh Turkish flatbreads, for lunch and dinner. The staff makes the experience complete. My experience is that most speak a little English… They are attentive, cheerful and well-organized. Everything flows so well, and at the same time they are relaxed and smiling - and efficient - in a beautiful union.. Always ready to help.. You feel that the staff "sees" each guest,.. Entertainment at the hotel was just starting, so we got to see a bit of it. Super event-responsible guy..Kaan. He speaks both English and German well, and is inclusive, clever and committed, and gets along with both children and adults who want it. The location is great, right next to shops, restaurants and bars… The beach is right next to it - just through an underpass. There are free, good sun loungers and parasols. And a free vending machine available, with water, juice, coffee and tea…

The hotel was good, the food was great, and the rooms had everything we needed. However, the most impressive part was the service—especially from a man named Faysal at the reception. He was incredibly kind and helped us tremendously, particularly because he spoke English, unlike most others. The bartender was also a great guy called sefoo who made our stay even more enjoyable.
