The Missus and I stayed at 4811 Casabella and found our accommodations were excellent. The booking was seamless in dealing with Vacasa. We were contacted by a welcoming local text and supportive if we needed aid. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and the beds were comfy. Free wifi was available along with cable TV. There were ample washrooms along with a single vehicle garage with room for storage. The location was perfect for our biking to the Valley Trail. The unit was far enough away from the busyness of the Village Centre but still within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Review for 4815 Casabella Crescent - Disappointing Experience with Lost Item ________________________________________ I recently stayed in one of the Montebello units and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the loss of my expensive Sonicare toothbrush. Despite reaching out to the host, they claimed they couldn't find it. As a result, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this matter. I booked a stay at 4815 Casabella Crescent for a special occasion, and overall, the place was decent. However, the incident involving my toothbrush left me feeling quite disappointed. Here's what happened: ________________________________________ Lost and Unfound: When I realized I had left my Sonicare toothbrush on the nightstand in the room I was staying in, I promptly contacted the host. To my surprise, they informed me that the Sonicare toothbrush and case was not found. Now, I understand that mistakes happen, but losing an expensive item like this is unacceptable. Lack of Responsibility: As a guest, I expect hosts to take responsibility for items accidentally left behind. After all, it's their property, and they should ensure that guests' belongings are handled with care. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. No Effort to Rectify: Instead of offering to replace the toothbrush or compensate me, or to investigate the situation further, the host simply shrugged it off. It's disheartening when a host prioritizes convenience over guest satisfaction. ________________________________________ Recommendation: If you're considering staying at this Airbnb, be aware that lost items may not be treated with the care they deserve. While the place itself was fine, this experience has left me feeling disappointment. I truly miss the days when people had the decency to turn lost items in.
