Montebello Villa Hotel

This hotel is a very disabled person friendly, 2 pools, very spacious and open. The location of the hotel is hidden at the back of a mall, so it is not visible. Service was great. We stayed next to the garden, the porch was very nice. When we stayed there, there were events going on each day at night like a wedding and a birthday celebration. We stayed here twice because the kids enjoyed it. 👌

If you are looking for a peaceful place in Cebu, outside the usual street noise and hectic and smells, this is it! The beautiful gardens that are well kept and the old-styled building provide a peace that is rare in that messy city. Food is also recommended there - we enjoyed the dinners we spend there very much. The room could use a bit of a brush up e.g. plugs by the bed to charge a phone would be nice to have.

A Gem in the Heart of Cebu! our 3-night family stay was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled right in the middle of the city, yet it feels like you’ve stepped into a peaceful retreat away from the urban buzz. The resort’s beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere make it well worth the money. One of the perks is that a mall is right outside, making it super convenient if you need anything. However, the only downside is that the area experiences heavy traffic, whether you’re commuting by private car or public transport. Another thing to note is that Montebello is a popular venue for parties and celebrations. My brother’s wedding was actually held here, and we noticed that they put signs outside nearby rooms to inform guests about the event and potential noise until a certain time. If you’re planning a quiet stay, it might be good to check if any big events are happening during your visit. I personally loved our stay—everything from the ambiance to the service made it a memorable experience. Definitely would come back!
