Loved the place and I'm already planning on going back. Next to the Hotel you can rend jet ski and other water equipment in order to add more fun to your travel. Pets bellow 20kg are welcome.

The house was spacious, and fitted with working AC in every bedroom and in the living room. It is a nice area, quiet and with easy access to the lake. The outside area is quite nice. Indoor swimming pool is a bit disappointing compared with the outside one. Breakfast was disappointing. Despite being a buffet the quality of the food was mediocre and in some cases poor; coffee was horrible. Service was friendly. I did not eat at the hotel restaurant. If you want to eat outside you need to drive. It is a good hotel to explore the area.

I was served raw chicken in a sandwich at this hotel. Not undercooked — completely raw inside. When I brought it to the manager’s attention(Patricia) she didn’t apologize or offer any help. Her only response was, “I’ll speak with the chef.” That was it. Serving raw chicken in a kebab sandwich is a serious food safety risk — it can cause salmonella or other dangerous infections. The lack of concern or accountability from the staff made it worse. I’ve reported the incident to the Portuguese food safety authority (ASAE), and I strongly advise others to be cautious when eating here. This is unacceptable for any establishment, especially a hotel.
