Very modern and comfortable, very heat-effective. The dinners, served to a group I was part of, were slightly subpar.

Mixed feeling about this hotel. It's a 4-star hotel and does not compare to other hotels in the same category. I only spent 1 night at the hotel as I was there for an event. The event itself was very well catered for, especially the canapés and drinks by the poolside. The quality of the food and drink is definitely like a 3 star. Low quality products and drinks. Continental breakfast was a very limited affair, and again, low quality products were very spanish oriented. For someone looking for a nutritious breakfast apart from the fresh fruit and tomatoes, there s wasn't much more than that. The cakes were all high sugar and carbs. And the pre cut meats were full of additives and preservatives. The hotel premises were OK but for a 4 star hotel I would have expected a few more services maybe jacuzzi or sauna etc. The pool area was pleasant enough but limited sun loungers. Cleanliness could be improved. My bed quilt was full of hairs either from the cleaner or from the previous guests. The room is a very nice size and 5 out of 5 for a lovely bathroom. All in all, I would only stay here for an event and would not pick this hotel for a short break or holiday. Quality of food and drinks needs to be improved. Location is in the town of Los Barrios and close to the outdoor Saturday Market.
