Monteria Resort

Monteria with friends was an awesome experience! It started with a warm welcome at the reception, where I met Ms. Jyotsna, who was very soft-spoken and supportive. Mr. Sambhaji provided excellent information about Monteria. The journey was amazing, with a variety of snacks that were delicious and served promptly by the cleaning and supportive staff. Lunch and high tea were equally impressive. The activities were unique, especially making pots, bioscope, and fancy dress. The zip line and cycling were thrilling, while boating and massage were relaxing. What made it even better was having everything under one roof. Although I didn't get to experience the rooms, the exterior looked amazing. We even enjoyed goti soda and ice gola, which brought back childhood memories. From the entry to the activities, everything was unforgettable. Special thanks to Ms. Kalyani for her help with online booking and directions. Now, I'm coordinating with Ms. Neha for our upcoming visit on the 16th, and she's being equally supportive. Looking forward to having a fantastic time with my family! Thanks Prashant Surve

Had been twice to this place. The row houses are very good and highly recommended. The room service, support staff, cleanliness good, we loved everything. Both the times we had all three meals at the resort they have a very good spread for buffet which included non veg. They can improvise on the water park. The indoor games are, cricket turf, garden and adventure sports everything is maintained well. A very good place to spend time esp if you have kids.

I am writing to express my disappointment following my visit to your resort on Sunday. This was my second visit — the first time was a pleasant experience, which is why I chose to return. However, this time, the experience was extremely unsatisfactory. To summarize the issues: 1. The lunch served was of poor quality, with no appealing or well-prepared dishes. 2. During the evening tea, only samosas were provided — no variety, no additional snacks. 3. The dinner was even worse, with very substandard food, both in terms of taste and variety. When I politely raised these concerns with one of your waitstaff, I was shocked by the response: “It’s Sunday, there’s usually less crowd, so this happens. You should have come on Saturday.” This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect consistent quality and service regardless of the day of the week. If you are open for business, you should maintain your standards every day. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I request you to look into this matter and ensure that future guests are not subjected to such a disappointing experience.
