The manager lady was very rude.i was a bit late for the check out and this lady got inside the apartment yelling us that we should be out already.i have a baby and a toddler and we take a bit of more time than other people. I gave her the key back and she didn't want to leave the apartment. I told her to give us some privacy to take our staff out. But she refused and keep telling us that it's our fault for not leaving early and she won't step out until we leave the building. I'm pretty sure what she did was 100% illegal. I even offered her more money for the time she wasted. But she said the apartment was already rented.but I went online and all the 9 apartments were available.honestly I don't know she was the owner or a worker.but I wont recommend this place at all.oh by the way they never give me a receipt. But I have the Whatsapp screenshoots.

I booked an Airbnb with a pool for December 31st with a 3 PM check-in time until January 1st. On the same December 31 at 2:20 PM, the lady informed me that the pool is closed and that due to instructions from the administration it could not be used, having paid in full for the Airbnb. I asked for a solution expecting some adjustment due to the date and time in which he notified me but he only offered me the money indicating whether I wanted it or not because he had another interested client.
