We had a very pleasant stay. Be aware this is very difficult to park if you have a car, but the hotel is providing a valet service for 25 euros (33€ in fact if you include VAT) per day. We were between two low-high peak season, so our breakfast became more generous when we transitioned to the low season, which seems weird to me. I think the hotel should stick with an unique formula whatever the season is. The restaurant is reasonably priced. The staff is very attentive and pleasant.

The hotel was great in every aspect. I loved every part of it. It has a unique style that runs throughout the whole place. At the top of the building, there is a rooftop bar with an amazing view. What I loved about breakfast was that you get a variety of food, so you can try different things and have a nice meal. The eggs benedict were amazing. The hotel is located right in the very centre of the city, so the location could not be more perfect—you are surrounded by literally everything. We could use their beach towels and bags while we stayed there, which was great. The room had enough space for everything, and I loved the radio that could connect to Bluetooth. Everything was just perfectly fine, and there is nothing I could be mad about!

I visited Montesol Experimental Ibiza for breakfast, hoping to experience the hotel before booking a stay next year, but was absolutely appalled by the reception staff. We asked to store our luggage while we ate breakfast and were bluntly refused. As a result, a pickpocket entered the restaurant and tried to steal our rucksack – fortunately, I caught him in the act. Shockingly, the staff showed no concern for our safety or wellbeing afterwards, no one even mentioned it and still refused to store our bags. Eventually, they let us leave our luggage by the front desk but made it clear they were “not at all responsible” for it. The receptionist was extremely unwelcoming and dismissive, which completely ruined what should have been a relaxing breakfast. The manager should really consider having a far more welcoming and attentive front-of-house team, as that is the very first impression clients receive when visiting. A real shame, as the breakfast food itself was nice, but the complete lack of care and hospitality from staff was appalling. This experience has put me off considering the hotel for a future stay.
