I had a wonderful time at Hotel Monteverde. The staff was friendly and professional, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The pool area was fantastic —clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. It was the perfect spot to unwind, and the poolside service made it even better! Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐ *Rating: 5/5* ⭐

Haven't tried the hotel. The pool is really nice but the music is unbearably loud on Sunday afternoons (I haven't been on week days). When asked, the staff said it's for the people in the VIP zone (there were about 8 people?). The place is packed with families with kids and grandparents.
