The hotel staff was polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and sufficient. The rooms were spacious and it was a nice touch to have a curtain between the sleeping areas of the children and the parents. The biggest deficiency in the room that caught my eye was that there was no tap in the toilet to wash hands, so you had to go to the bathroom after using the toilet. The hotel is in a central location, very close to the arc de truimp, a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.
In my opinion, the best sleeping place and „base” in Paris. Also, good service and rich breakfast. You can barely hear RER trains in the room but this is not a problem. For me, well deserved 5 stars.
I was highly disappointed in our stay. I felt the photos were deceiving. The hotel room we were originally placed in was dated, stains on the pillows and we refused to take our shoes off. We attempted to find another hotel to visit but on short notice it was not an option. We were given another room which proved to be cleaner. The location was great but I would never stay or recommend to a friend.
