Tiwi greated us when we checked in and was super helpful and professional. She also surprised us with a personal touch knowing It was out 20th wedding anniversary. wow how incredible. This resort is really clean and top notch. staff is friendly and just a perfect place to stay. With 3 pools available( one is 24h) i think anyone can say this place is def a place to relax. Tons of great restos, spas and bars on the same street. On our first day here , we already got lucky and found the best resto and best massage therapist so far on this trip. looking forward on our stay here.
Stayed at this resort for 2 weeks and on arrival received a warm welcome All facilities including buffet breakfast were to a high standard The staff can I say were all kind and friendly nothing being too much trouble or effort to assist us We say a special shout out to two amazing new staff members Nata and Lina for going that extra to make our stay so special Both new members of staff with exceptional customer service and attention to detail Thank you for a memorable stay
