Staff is very attentive and professional. Guest services are outstanding.

Pleasant stay, very clean hotel, friendly staff, good value for the money, great location. Very few outdoor activities during the summer, but suitable for relaxation. We had a perfect weather and could enjoy some walks in the proximity. A bit more care regarding distribution of the rooms would be greatly appreciated.

Summer review: We were there for 3 days during end of June. Its an amazing drive up to the hotel, and nice to see a modern hotel with modern facilities and rooms. Unfortunately, the service and attitude of reception is poor (seems like was more annoyed that someone arrived than welcoming, and this stayed through out the stay). What saves the service is the people in the bar/restaurant who do their best to be both welcoming and service minded. Room with a view, means that you look straight in to two old (not very nice) houses, so view is very dissrupted. But WORST of all, it seems that most of the hotell have some kind of frequency error on their speakers so in the Spa area you have approx 65db of constant cricket sounds, and in the reception and restaurant its at about 45 to 55db depending on where you sit. Needless to say, it gives you headache and ruins alot of the experience. And when talking to reception about fixing it, he gave it about 1,5 minute before he was back in the couch on his phone again. Last thing to know for families: There is pretty much nothing to do for kids lower than 150cm or younger than 12 years other than walking in the mountains. Luckily this was good for us, but we cold see and experienced our self that there was literally nothing else to do in the summer months.
