It took me too long time to write my review, but nothing had changed in my excellent opinion and review to share here. I stayed in Montreal Barsha Hotel for quite a time this year and... I loved it. People: Betty and Ali from housekeeping gave amazing service. Beyond expectations. Betty especially, very professional, always smiling, helpful and delivering excellence in any aspect. Thank you Betty, you made my stay so pleasant! Mahmoud from the front desk! Bright star of hotel business (I can tell as I run hotel business once as a GM in my career. Always positively responding to my all questions and requests. Smile glued to his face full time. Great, young manager! Thank you guys, thank you Montreal! I am sure that I'll be back one day!

A good and comfortable stay! Most importantly, the team is very nice and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Gian and Mahmoud — both were extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. I always choose to stay at this hotel because all the facilities are excellent, and the staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. I don't know how it's rated as a four star hotel. They don't have four star standard service as well as room. I like to highlight something Room is very small Everything in the room is dirty Ac not working Tea coffee station is empty No tissue in room Most of the items missing in room like hair dryer, slipper, towel Do i rate for four star It will be really appreciated if you focous on standard of service.
