Wonderful hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The highlight was the wonderful breakfast in the restaurant complete with four different kinds of croissants, all kinds of bread and spreads along with fresh deli and cheese. The fruits were plentiful and fresh and of course coffee was readily available. We also enjoyed the wide variety in tea selections. The hotel Staff were very attentive and helpful and all had smiles on their faces as well. The interior is refurbished and overall, a unique decorative style. Parking is a little tough outside but I do believe they have additional spots underground but nevertheless a great stay.
A very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, if a bit bare - another chair would have been nice. There’s also no iron which is a shame. Breakfast is 5* ! The main drawback of the hotel is the fact that there is only one lift, and in a hotel that has 13 floors that’s quite a design flaw! This is really the hotel’s biggest problem by far, and quite a regular frustration when you’re stuck in a lift going the wrong way first and stopping on every other floor in the process… walking is faster but of course that’s not going to be an option for everyone and definitely not when you’ve got your luggage with you.
Nice hotel outside of Verona. Great breakfast and great service. Rooms are a bit dated, but the staff made the real difference.
