The food was a highlight! Every meal I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The dining area had a pleasant atmosphere. Compliments to the kitchen team for such delicious offerings & every staff member was courteous and helpful, even though I can't recall names.
Very nice hotel to stay in when I traveled for the Gulf Cup. Clean and modern hotel with free chocolate at 5pm everyday! The staff are lovely (especially Nicole at reception). My only criticism is that the gym is slightly dated and could be modernized. However it is still enough to get a good workout in!
The hotel has great potential to grow and become a top tourist destination. However, due to the neglect of the surrounding area, it feels like a ghost town in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are a bit outdated, and the service is acceptable. The garden area also needs improvement, as it does not reflect the reputation of a well-established hotel.
