Beautifully presented loft and very reasonably priced. Self service access. No lift but just one flight of stairs.

The booking system is such a mess, customer service is poor. We paid for one bedroom open plan and yet, we do not see what is the different, no view, like a studio, such a waste of money. Upstairs keep making noise and you can hear the people walking steps, the sound proof is rubbish. NOT recommend at all! I am going to post the same comment on every social media to warn people.

Mihai at Customer service was very rude and abrupt and has a poor attitude. I had a few genuine queries regarding my booking and he refused to believe me when I told him that I had booked Monument Q but got an email from reservations saying that I was moved to The Loft - an entirely different property. He made sure I sent him that email even though I gave him my confirmation number that showed him in the system that I was in The Loft. Also I, by accident, called this property a hotel 2-3 times and every single time he cut me off and said 'this is not a hotel' and despite me acknowledging it the first time her interrupted me. Very immature. Moreover, check-in is at 4pm. Coming from New York or just as a regular traveller, I thought it was late because their checkout from my previous hotel is at 11. I have big bags and lugging that around the city would be inconvenient but he did not budge and finally after requesting to speak to another representative, they allowed me to leave my bags with the front desk. Mihai was uncooperative and can bring the credibility of this chain down. Out of the 5 hotels I'll be reviewing in the city during my stay for my YouTube channel of 1.8 million subscribers, this one has already started out as a disappointment.
