Mookanana Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Mookanana Resort! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. The staff members were polite, attentive, and made us feel welcome. A special mention to our off-road jeep driver and guide, Venkatesh, who explained everything in detail and made the ride both exciting and informative — his experience really showed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend Mookanana Resort for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The resort is located in a beautiful, serene forest area. The location is its highlight. The one word to describe the resort is "Decent" resort. Nothing special about it (except the location). The food is also decent, not so great or bad, somewhere okay. The no of items are also okay. Only chicken and 1 fish item, varieties are less. The taste of one or 2 items are also not good out of the whole spread. The cottages are also "decent", but spacious. Due to the moisture and humidity and trees in the area, the whole cottages, bedsheets, cots were smelling that moist, pungent kind of smell. Overall, a decent resort for the price u pay, nothing extraordinary about it. Staff are well behaved and polite. But the pickup vehicles are only 2 for the whole resort. We had to wait for 1 hr for checkout for the vehicle to come.

We went with friends and family over a weekend. The resort is in good location but not at all worth the price they are charging. We are not at all satisfied with the resort, This is considering the rooms, the service provided by their team, cleanliness in the resort. Food quality was not good. The amenities (TT table, archery, badminton court, swings etc) were in pathetic condition.
