One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Stunning decor, plenty of space, perfect location near the old town and train station. Very well equipped room. Perfect service with a welcome mulled wine. Loved the Christmas decor throughout the hotel and rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
Our first time in Lithuania. We needed a comfortable stay with breakfast and centrally located so it is easily walkable to old town. Moon Garden gave us that, we at least mostly. The breakfast was a farce. Very limited for vegetarians such as us. We requested a refund for breakfast and the hotel was courteous to give us that. We enjoyed our stay here. The front office staff is very helpful.
Our 2 nights stay was absolutely horrible. 1. Room 103 smells like sewage, the bathroom had a strong urine odor. 2. The room was not clean. There was NO cleaning maid service- we had to go look for the fresh towels and toilet paper. 3. We asked for the taxi to the airport for 4.30 in the morning- our flight was at 6. We come out- there is NO taxi. Imagine you are at night in the foreign city on the street without the phone service. It was super stressful and long way to the airport. 4. The only positive thing about this "hotel" is location, they can't ruin that. If you charge European prices- provide European services!!! I am sure I deserve a refund.
