Our reservation was canceled without any prior notice, and we only discovered this upon arriving late in the evening with our family. Despite numerous calls from the staff asking for our arrival time, they made no mention of any issue. This last-minute cancellation left us stranded, forcing us to find another hotel at a much higher cost. Additionally, this place is not a real hotel. The photos are misleading; the "hotel" occupies just a small, shabby section on the second floor of a rundown building. To enter, you have to go through a dirty, dilapidated alley and carry your luggage up because the elevator doesn’t work. We were greeted by a rude owner who showed no consideration or professionalism. The entire experience was chaotic and stressful. Avoid this place if you value reliability and basic courtesy.

We were really disappointed by the hotel. Really awful service. We reserved an apartment for 4 people, they gave us a room with 4 beds. That’s not exactly a hotel, it’s like a guest house, with only 2 rooms at its floor. They said there will be a diverse breakfast , but it only had bread with salami and cheese, at the whole days we stayed there. Very impolite staff, who doesn’t even know English as well. The oldest lady behaviour was really rude. It was like she doesn’t want us to be hotel’s guest. Don’t even think about staying in this place!!!!!!!!!

If you are thinking about booking this hotel , Well I would recommend you stay elsewhere ! Firstly it's on the 2nd floor and I had my elderly mother with me there was no mention of access issues when we booked . There was a small 2 person lift which came with its own issues. Our room was clean and had air conditioning and a fridge. The cleaner / maintenance gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The younger receptionist who worked in the evening was also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a disaster. Extremely Limited choice no butter for 2 days, when we enquired about some all we got was shouting and Told NO, the coffee machine was broke from the beginning of our stay and no alternative was offered. pastrys were left uncovered and open to flies. The owner turned off the air-conditioning in the breakfast area making it very warm. The owner who was at the reception was extremely rude the entire stay. There was no customer service at all, she was exceptionally unprofessional, and we were made to feel very uncomfortable. I didn't break the coffee machine , I made a coffee by putting a coffee pod in a mug of kettle boiled water, because the machine was broke the first day we got there. While you the owner was shouting loudly right outside my brothers and my neices rooms while on the telephone that was acceptable according to you, but a quiet whistle in the food room away from bedrooms was wrong ??? And the description of your hotel it says breakfast is available. There was no airport transport when we enquired before we left the uk
