Moonline Resort

We took a stay for 2 days from 13th to 15th of August. I was reluctant if the rooms would be according to my expectations and I am beyond relieved that the room and the location were beyond my expectations. Had an extremely pleasant stay here. Also not to forget the politeness of the staff it is the cherry on the cake for the resort.I would highly recommend Moonline Resort to everyone visiting Munnar.

Nice Stay at Moonline Residency, Munnar I stayed for 2 days at Moonline Residency in Munnar with my family and 7 other Families. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. The view from balcony was beautiful and peaceful. The complementary breakfast was very tasty. After having it, we didn't want to go anywhere else for dinner. The buffet dinner was also good and everyone in our group was happy with it. The staff were very kind and helpful. We thank the management for giving us a complementary campfire, which we all enjoyed a lot. The only problem we faced was that there were no resting facilities for our driver, only washrooms. We kindly request the management to arrange a rest room for drivers soon. Overall, it was a great stay and we are happy with the experience.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Moonline Resort and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. ✅ What I liked: • The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. • The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. • The food was delicious, especially the Aloo Paratha we ordered-very well-prepared. • The location was convenient and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. 🔧 Areas for improvement: • Wi-Fi speed can be improved for a smoother experience. • It would be thoughtful if the hotel could arrange basic food or meal options for drivers accompanying guests. This small gesture would add to the overall hospitality and guest comfort. Overall, I would rate my stay 4.5 out of 5 stars. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
