Moorland Garden Hotel

A great Christmas party last night with good music to get people up and dancing. The food was lovely too. We stayed overnight and the room was lage and comfortable and nice and warm. Breakfast was buffet style with great sausage bacon and eggs. Great to start the day of with. Would we go back definitely.

Attended a brilliant Christmas Party. The room and atmosphere was excellent and food was great. Brilliant disco late into the night and all our group had a great time. We then stayed the night. Room was cold on arrival and felt a bit dated, but clean and comfy. Heating had come on while we were at dinner so no longer cold. A great nights sleep, and those think blackout curtains meant a lovely unexpected lie in. Breakfast was another good meal, tho surprised there was no fruit juice available. Food was lovely, tho basic. Would recommend this hotel and venue to anyone. It's lovely, but it's far from 5 star 🌟

Hotel is in really nice grounds, great gardens. Our room felt a little dated but everything was clean and well maintained. Really nice bathroom with big bath and powerful shower. There was a large function on the first night and was noisy around 1am when people cam back to there room. Good breakfast although could all have been a bit hotter. I would stay there again if we were in the area.
