Met my family here to celebrate my 70th birthday. Terrific experience! Warmly greeted upon arrival, check in was quick, room were clean and spacious. Location was perfect! Easy to walk to everything we needed/wanted. Every staff member was welcoming & pleasant throughout our staff. My only issue was the outdoor pool is being renovated, then the indoor pool was closed-not sure why. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful cottage style hotel right in the town of Banff. We were able to walk all over the town without any issue. Stayed in their family suite that had a bedroom with two very comfortable queen beds and a sofa bed in the common area ( not so comfortable) and a balcony facing the courtyard . There was a loaded kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, electric kettle, plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, etc which was very helpful with the kids. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel offered a lot of amenities however the best feature was the laundry room with two washers and two dryers that cost $2 each.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We felt the hotel was soooo well located in the heart of Banff with the public transit stop right out from the hotel and incredible views. I would definitely stay here again! Two small things however (which are actually big things after a very long day of hiking and sore muscles), our shower in room 220 only did extremely burning hot or glacial cold. No matter how tiny we tried to adjust the faucet we simply could not shower. It was painful! Also, the rooftop hot tub has magnificent views but it’s under construction and the slate tiles are all loose and extremely dangerous. Someone is going to hurt themselves badly on those tiles so be cautious. Also there are no rules about cell phones posted by the spa and I had a man from Texas loudly on his phone doing stressful business while I was trying to relax for an entire hour. Not fun. Nor relaxing. People on vacation are paying to relax and get away from noise and tech and stress. Cell phones shouldn’t be allowed in the relaxing areas. Otherwise amazing staff and beautiful hotel!
